Bridgette Cordova gets released on a technicality. So whats gonna happen now ? Is she gonna tweek off her life and set another innocent person up. She has slipped through the cracks. I hope her and her punk ass lawyer get whats coming to them. Her defense attorney has set free child molesters, and murderers. I truly believe heaven does not have an opening for those kind of people . Only time will tell now Joey . Your birthday is exactly one month away . We used to celebrate together .I don’t think I can this year . I just don’t understand all of this, How could you get murdered and done in like that and the so called Justice System does not prevail. The old saying EYE FOR AN EYE will have to come in to play I assume.Words can’t describe my emotional state right now. How devastated your mom is hurts a lot man . I can only pray for the best It’s not over till it’s over I guess. Until we meet again my friend I will bid farewell.  REST IN PEACE!!   I love you all. This terrible tragedy has made me appreciate all that I have which isn’t much, But My family and friends. If I didn’t have to raise my little girls I would have already handled her bitch ass the moment she walked outta Jail. Maybe God will put his hands on her ? Maybe the Mexicans she owed ounces of meth will get her first Only time will tell. Don’t take nothing for granted. Stay strong  All.

The End Is Near ! Murderer slips through the cracks.

Getting away with murder in the judicial system !

Brigette Cordova’s case is dismissed today. If she is being held until a new charge surfaces I don’t know but her case got dismissed today.  She may get released tonite. She is still in there now but for how long ?Goodner will return on Thursday. I won’t be posting much more about court due to the fact the bailiff  kicked me out of the courtroom for giving Goodner a piece of my mind. Besides some things are better off not being mentioned publicly. To all my friends please believe it’s not OVER. On a personal note I am so fucking pissed off right now that it’s probably not a good time to post anymore But I will say this Justice on the Streets is a lot harsher than spending a while in Jail.

The Justice System, Or Injustice System

Court this morning was rather unusual. As soon as Goodner , And , Cordova appear in shackles, Both  of the representation parties talked with there clients. When the defendants get called to the stand, The District Attorney,  Goodner & Cordova’s defense Attorney’s Ask the Judge to approach the bench. A few minutes later Cordova’s defense (Draskovich) offers the “deal” to the Judge which is Cordova will plea Guilty to accessory after the fact. she waives her rights to trial she waives her rights to call witness’s on her behalf and all that legal mumbo jumbo
Goodner is scheduled for a status check in about a week Which from what I understand is also making a deal. He will do twenty to life.
Bridgett on the other hand may only do one to seven years in prison .
Seems very lenient on murder charges, but they want the Trigger man
bottom line. Of course Joeys Friends and family are pissed off we have every right to be. Paulie is very angry which is understandable her son was taken away , but at least Cordova will serve some time in prison versus getting off Scott free. The Justice System is what it is . Doesn’t seem fair for her to get off so easy even though I believe she lured Joey into this situation, But that’s just the way it is, It is all up to the Judge to decide her fate after she plea’s guilty to one count of accessory after the fact, But I know the good lord will have his part in it all. Karma comes back three fold so let’s just say when she does get out she better leave the country, as for Goodner no doubt about it he will do at least twenty years to life he is the one who killed Joey he is the trigger man. I can only pray the Judge shows no leniency on these cold blooded killers and gives them both the maximum that is entirely up to him to decide there fate so it would be wise to for EVERYONE to maintain their stature. We won’t make it to a long drawn out trial for  both of those pieces of shit scum of the earth will eventually get whats coming to them. as for Matthew Lacey who is out on the streets You better be in permanent hiding because I will go to jail for beating the fuck outta you You cocksucker Snitch all the boys in the joint will know you are labeled as a snitch and everyone knows what happens to snitches. as for now I will periodically post updates. Joey you have been my boy since the fourth grade man. I used to ride you to school on the handle bars of my bike that’s how far we go back
